MAHO: Restaurants, shopping, casinos, beach bars and wonderful sunsets. 30 minute drive.
MARIGOT: French side capital with marina, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. 10 minute drive.
GRAND CASE: Gourmet capital of the Caribbean with dozens of upscale restaurants lining the beach. 10 minute drive.
NEAREST BEACH: Happy Bay Beach. 10 minute walk.
getting there
All visitors to the island MUST have a valid passport for entry.
AIR: All international flights arrive at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) on the Dutch side of the island with a few exceptions from other French Caribbean Islands that flight to the small airport in Grand Case.
SEA: Ferry service from Anguilla and St Barth is available.
LAND: Once on the island we recommend you rent a vehicle large enough to accommodate your entire group and your luggage. Many international and local car rental companies are available. We do NOT recommend scooter or motorcycle rentals due to narrow, winding roads.
