Faja Lobie has become one of our most popular rental homes over the last two years. This beautiful, newly renovated three bedroom, three bath villa sits directly on Bourgeaux Bay beach in the residential area of Beacon Hill on the Dutch side.

This home offers a wonderful combination of indoor and outdoor living space. The interior living room is air-conditioned and furnished with teak benches and entertainment center which houses the cable TV, VCR and stereo system with CD player. The adjacent newly redesigned open concept kitchen offers state of the art appliances and marble counter tops. The interior living space opens through glass doors out to the covered gallery from where the beach is just steps away. Again, beautiful teak furniture and colorful cushions complete the outdoor living and dining areas. The entire outdoor space can be closed of as well with sliding shutters.

The air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath each open into the interior of the home. Each bedroom is uniquely styled with either a king or queen bed in teak, iron or bamboo. The front bedroom opens to the pool deck and has an outdoor shower in the bathroom. Two baths offer jacuzzi bathtubs.

The beautifully tiled infinity style plunge pool is perfect for cooling off during the hot days. This home is a wonderful choice for families or couples and offers a great beachfront value.
